Terms & Conditions
To protect both myself and my clients I have the following Terms & Conditions in place. Please read them fully in paying the reservation fee you are accepting them.
Disco Hire Terms & Conditions.
1. A Reservation Fee of 25% will be charged at the time of booking to secure the date, after your 7 day cooling off period, any fees paid are NON-RETURNABLE
2. Cancellations of any booking must be made in writing from the client to Peter Lockwood.
Notice given more than 90 days prior to event – None of remaining balance due
Notice given 90-59 days prior to event – 33% of remaining balance due
Notice given 60-31 days prior to event – 66% of remaining balance due
Notice given less than 30 days prior to event – 100% of remaining balance due
3. Peter Lockwood will supply all the necessary equipment to perform and will be completely self-contained apart from the electrical supply – The Client must ensure that the necessary minimum power supply off 2 x13amp sockets are present.
4. In the event of any damage or loss of equipment or material provided by Peter Lockwood for the purpose of performance by persons on the premises the Client shall be liable to pay IN FULL the repair or replacement costs of equipment and the hire of necessary Equipment or material during replacement time and to compensate any loss of work due to the damaged/lost Equipment.
5. The client will allow suitable time for Peter Lockwood to set-up and dismantle equipment and will arrange with the management of the venue to allow this time to set-up and dismantle equipment prior to commencement of the booking.
6. Peter Lockwood will ensure that all equipment used will be P.A.T tested to conform to HSE EAW act 1989 and as full Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10,000,000
7. Peter Lockwood will not play songs with explicit or offensive language, or any track that the he considers would cause offense to any guests attending the function. If you are unsure about any track then please contact peter in advance of your function.
8. In paying the Reservation Fee you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

Mood Lighting, UpLighting and Dry Hire Terms & Conditions
1. A Reservation Fee of 25% will be charged at the time of booking to secure the date, after your 7 day cooling off period, any fees paid are NON-RETURNABLE
2. I agree that in the event of the equipment being lost or stolen whilst in my possession or care, I am liable to reimburse Peter Lockwood for the full cost of the items. I also guarantee that the hired equipment will not be damaged, misused or modified in any way and that I am liable for the cost of repairs or replacement should any of these occur to the unit.
3. The units must not be re-hired or lent to any third party.
4. The equipment remains the property of Peter Lockwood at all times during the hire period.
5. The Client must ensure that the necessary power supply is present
6. Cancellations of any booking must be made in writing from the client to Peter Lockwood. Cancellation charges will be made as follows

7 . Instructions will be provided to operate the equipment safely
8. Peter Lockwood will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injuries incurred due to misuse of the hired equipment or incorrect operation / installation of such.
9. The client will allow suitable time for Peter Lockwood to set-up and dismantle equipment and will arrange with the management of the venue to allow this time to set-up and dismantle equipment prior to commencement of the booking.
10. Peter Lockwood will ensure that all equipment used will be P.A.T tested to conform to HSE EAW act 1989 and as full Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10,000,000
11 . A cash deposit may be required for dry hire collections. A receipt will be given for the deposit. The deposit is refundable upon the equipment being return in the same working condition as it was supplied.
